Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries in the world but not to countries where there is a security problem or state of war due to extremely high shipping costs and due to product never arriving to customer.
Where is my order being shipped from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Free Shipping Worldwide on orders above: 89 USD
If you order below 89 USD, shipping costs apply to the customer country/shipping address, it depends on the country’s shipping rate.
How is my order shipped?
We ship world wide with UPS / DHL / USPS / FedEx / Royal Mail depending on which country you order from.
How is my order packaged?
Ecom packaging:
– We use bags for bigger orders, they are PVC-free, made of 20% recycled content, and climate-neutral certified of course.
– Our boxes (several sizes and suppliers) are either made of recycled cardboard, meaning the cardboard comes from the sustainably managed forest.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.
For how long is my parcel at Parcel Service?
Parcel Services in your country will keep your parcel for 7 to 14 days depending on country parcel services before they return your parcel. We recommend that you pick up your parcel as quick as possible after you received your delivery notification.
What happens if I do not pick up my delivery?
Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, you will be charged a cost of minimum 30$ for administration and return shipping. If you no longer wish for your products, you need to accept the delivery and personally send it back, to be able to get a refund for your order.
Fees for non accepted deliveries on orders shipped to the United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the UK that are being declined at delivery due to additional costs for importing goods from outside UK will be issued with a fee of £135.
This is to cover all costs the order will be issued with when being returned to us.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Customers from Norway will pay 25% VAT directly to Dedicated on all orders up to 3000 NOK.
Dedicated will declare the VAT directly to the Norwegian government.
No custom fees on these orders (up to 3000 NOK) will be issued.
