How to Use

1. Step 1: Check the SPF level and choose a product suitable for your skin type.

2. Step 2: Apply the recommended amount for one-time use (12 mg per 1 cm² of skin) at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. The recommended amount is approximately half a teaspoon.

3. Step 3: Gently pat the sunscreen into the skin instead of rubbing to ensure even absorption.

4. Step 4: Reapply throughout the day, as the sunscreen can naturally wear off due to oil and sweat.
