How to Use

1. Check the SPF and select the right product for your skin.
2. Apply the recommended amount (12 mg per 1 cm² of skin) at least 30 minutes before sun exposure (approximately half a teaspoon for the face).
3. Gently pat the product into the skin until absorbed, instead of rubbing.
4. Reapply throughout the day, especially after sweating or exposure to water.
